What is taste•real?

taste•real is Guelph and Wellington's  brand for Local Food. When you see the taste•real  logo, you know that you are experiencing food grown close to home and that you are also supporting local small businesses and farms.  Find the taste real logo at farm gate stalls, farmers' markets, at restaurants and retail stores.

There are over 120 taste•real businesses in our community  who are passionate about the way local food is grown, prepared and presented, and how real it tastes!

taste•real wins EDCO AWARD

taste•real has been recognized by the Economic Council of Ontario winning the EDCO award in the Product Development - Strategic Plan Category.  The award was presented at the Economic Council of Ontario's Conference in London in February. Read more, here.

Celebrate Local Food: The Local food Fest is back with a delicious program: On the agenda are cooking demos, workshops, a farmers' market, exhibitor market place, children's activiies, live music and more.
